Our Story

Myself Surender kumar an ambitious boy from Himachal Pradesh, India. I started my career with Oberoi group in 1998 as pre opening team member of The Trident Udaipur and Udai Vilas Rajasthan India.

Working with great chef over there I learnt a lot in my profession and move a step forward towards Delhi in Uppal Orchid, I got a chance to work with amazing team over there.

with high dreams and ambition I worked hard and got a chance to move to other countries Hong Kong, Egypt, Macao and finally destiny landed me in Morocco in 2004. I stepped in as master chef in restaurant Bombay, worked with all my passion and heart, I tried to understand Morroccan culture.

With my experience and learning I tried to serve people with pure heart as per their taste and received their blessings in return.

I worked with number of renown and esteem organization like Sofitel, Four seasons, Mamounia and Taj… Finally I started with my own restaurant Halal Bombay in 2009 and being serving people till date as one of the best finest and successful Indian restaurant.
